The department of Music Establishment in 1971. Prof. V. B. alias Kumar Pande sir was the first H.O.D. of music department, who ran the department for almost 20 years successfully. He used to teach vocal music and violin. He was retired in 1993.
Dr. T. R. Nafde was appointed as new HOD in 1996. While working as HOD till date, she successfully tried to expand the department by increasing students’ strength and appointing more teachers accordingly.
