Fee Structure

  • First Installment of the Fees is to be paid at the time of admission to the college.
  • Second Installment of the Fees must be paid before 15th December.
  • Students will have to pay University/Board examination Fees and any additional fee charged by Board/University from time to time.
  • IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION, NO CLAIM FOR REFUND OF FEES WILL BE ENTERTAINED BY THE COLLEGE.
ALL THE STUDENTS AVAILING ANY TYPE OF FEE CONCESSION OR SCHOLARSHIP SHOULD OPEN A SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT IN ANY NATIONALISED BANK WITH CORE BANKING FACILITY AND SUBMIT THE BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS & FEE CONCESSION FORMS WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ADMISSION.

  • EBC Concession for Economically Backward Class Students (those whose Fathers'/Parents' Income is not above Rs.15,000/- per annum or as per Govt. Decision or those students who do not come under Backward Class community) Students who opt for Economically Backward Class Concession in fees will have to submit the application in the prescribed format to the college within 15 Days from date of admission to the college along with Income Certificate of their Parents for the financial year 2009-10.
  • If students fail to submit the EBC form along with the necessary documents and those students whose EBC forms are rejected by the concerned Govt. Officials, will have to remit the full fees. Students should submit the EBC forms separately and acknowledge the receipt of the submission of such forms and ensure the endorsement of necessary data on the I-Card by college personnel.
  • Girls Concession Forms are available in the College Office for Junior College Students. All the Girls of Junior College should submit these forms within 15 Days from the date of admission, failing which they will not get the concession and will have to pay the full fees.
  • Students eligible for SC/ST/VJ/NT/OBC/SBC concessions in their fees should submit the required application form (Scholarship Form) in the office within 15 days from the date of their admission and ensure the acknowledgement of the receipt of the form on their I- Cards.
  • Students eligible for Primary Teacher Concession (PTC) should submit the PTC form in the office within 15 Days from the date of their admission and ensure acknowledgement of the receipt of the form on their I-Cards.
  • Secondary & Higher Secondary School Teachers' children/ward should submit the required fee concession form within 15 days from the date of their admission and ensure the acknowledgement of the receipt of the form on their Identity Card. Only a students whose Father/Mother/Parent happen to be a High School/ Middle School Teacher can avail this type of concession in the fees. Such students will have to submit a Certificate Issued by the Head Master of the School where their Father/Mother/Parent happens to be a teacher along with the concession form.
  • Backward Class student who has failed only once, and is admitted to the same class is entitled for concession in fees only if the student submits the DIC form within 15 Days from the date of admission.
  • Wards of Defence Personnel (Class II,III,IV)/ or Ex -Servicemen can get the concession in their fees only if they submit the necessary documents along with their application form. Post Graduate Students are not eligible for any EBC or scholarships.
  • As per the Government of Maharashtra Rules, Girls students of Junior College have concession in their tution fees, but they need to apply for Girls Concession within the stipulated time, failing which they will not get any concession in fees. As per the Government of Maharashtra Rules, Tuition Fee Structure is to be revised from time to time, is a binding upon all the students.
  • Students will have to deposit full fees at the time admission and in case of cancellation of admission. NO REFUND OF FEES WILL BE MADE.
  • Caution Money and Library Deposits of every student cannot be refunded till the time he/she is on the roll of our college, for claiming the refund of caution money and library deposits students will have to put up an application certified by their parents. Refund of Caution Money & Library Deposit will be made after deducting all the pending dues against his/her name only in the Diwali Vacation of next academic session.
  • If any claim for refund of caution money & library deposit is not made within three years from the date of leaving the college, such unclaimed deposits will not be refunded and will be utilized for college development as per the decision of College Alumni/College Development Committee.
  • As per the rules of RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur, every student will have to undergo Medical Examination by approved Medical Officer in the college, All the students will have to appear for the Physical Test also. Absence from both these tests will impose a fine of Rs. 100/- on the students.
  • Principal has exclusive rights to give an exemption from Medical/Physical Test to a student only if
    1. He/She happens to be full time employee of any organization.
    2. His/her age is above 26 years at the time of admission.
    3. Medical officer appointed by the college declares him/her medically unfit.
